We are challenging you to put together a team to participate in a fundraiser for the Pediatric Centre for Weight and Health and have some fun while raising awareness.

Teams will consist of 4-6 People of ages 8 and up. Price is $50/member and includes all activities and a tee shirt! CLICK HERE to download the form to fill out with the list of names and contact information of the members of the team.
